 Narendra Prasad Katuwal has been an active figure in Nepalese politics, serving as the Vice President of the Nepali Congress in Region No. 1, Taplejung from 2015 to 2021, and as a Regional Representative for the party since 2010. His political journey began with leadership roles in the Nepal Students Union, where he served as President of the Kathmandu-Taplejung Contact Committee (2003–2005) and Secretary of the Tribhuvan University Eastern Region Contact Committee (2006–2008). Narendra has been deeply involved in significant political movements, including active participation in the Second People's Movement (2006–2007) and leading torch rallies against royal rule. His contributions to electoral campaigns are notable, having managed key campaigns for the Nepali Congress in local, provincial, and federal elections in Taplejung, including serving as Campaign Manager in 2013 and 2018. Narendra's political career is marked by his expertise in leadership, policy analysis, electoral strategy, and organizational expansion.
