Social Career

With over 14 years of dedicated experience in social mobilization and enterprise development, I have consistently worked towards empowering marginalized communities and promoting gender equality. My career has been marked by significant roles including my current position as Enterprise Development Coordinator at the Human Practice Foundation, where I lead micro enterprise initiatives and provide technical support to enhance educational quality through income generation.

Previously, as Portfolio Manager at the Poverty Alleviation Fund, I managed comprehensive project lifecycles and implemented strategies for effective institutional management and fundraising. My role as Social Mobilization Coordinator with the Nepal Women Entrepreneurs Association involved stakeholder engagement and program supervision, while my time as District Coordinator for NHSSP/EAP focused on health awareness and data analysis.

My work has involved strategic policy advocacy, gender and social inclusion training, and local government planning. I am committed to driving positive social change and continue to seek opportunities to foster inclusive development and improve community well-being.
